The Den Method
Our most therapeutic treatment uses a combination of Japanese Hara diagnosis, Western Functional Medicine and NeuroMuscular Testing to help you uncover the root cause of your imbalances. We then create a bespoke healing protocol that includes herbal supplements, nutrient formulations, and a custom acupuncture protocol to heal your mind, body and spirit.

Japanese Acupuncture
This gentle and highly effective practice rooted in Japanese tradition, diagnoses ones imbalances through palpation of the body. Hair thin needles then stimulate the nervous system to elicit a healing response from the brain which provides direct and lasting therapeutic benefits.

Herbal Therapy
Take the guesswork out of what supplements you need to be taking with this targeted, hands on method that uses NeuroMuscular testing to help uncover imbalances such as inflammation, immune stress and nutritional deficiencies. We then create customized herb and supplement protocols for your optimal health.

Ayurvedic Consultation
Ayurveda is a holistic system of medicine that empowers us to be our own healer by giving us the tools to live in harmony with Nature’s rhythms. It’s all about the mind-body-spirit connection. Ayurvedic consultations are about 90-minutes which allows for a thorough assessment of your unique doshic constitution and to focus on which doshas may be out of balance. You will walk away with a personalized treatment plan based on your lifestyle, preferences, and diet.

Personalized Nutrition
We use a highly curated, functional medicine approach when it comes to your nutritional needs. As opposed to a one size fits all approach, we use your individual health history + laboratory testing to help identify the root cause of your health concerns and exactly what your body needs to heal. We then create customized meal plans and recipes, supplement recommendations, and the best nutritional protocols for your unique body and cellular needs.

Upon booking we charge guests 50% of the cost of the service, the remainder of the balance will be charged upon checkout on the day of your service.
In the event that you need to cancel prior to our 24 hour cancelation window, you may do so online and the initial 50% charge will be fully refunded.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us a call at 310-310-8905 so that a team member may assist it with your changes. This will avoid a duplicate deposit fee being automatically charged when making changes online.
We have an 18% auto gratuity policy for all bodywork therapies: this includes all in room bodywork, as well as our garden bodywork therapy
We do not perform bodywork therapies on children under the age of 13. Additionally, a parent or legal guardian is required to be present for guests between the ages of 13 and 18.
